Adsorption Properties of ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve for Perfluoroisobutyronitrile Mixtures and Its Fluorocarbon Decomposition Products

چکیده

Perfluoroisobutyronitrile (C4F7N), an environment-friendly insulating gas, has excellent properties and the potential to be used in gas-insulated equipment when mixed with CO2. Selecting suitable adsorption materials adsorb decomposition products of C4F7N mixture can ensure safe stable operation personal safety operators electric power industry. The characteristics ZSM-5 molecular sieve on its five fluorocarbon were investigated by experiments. results show that a certain effect six gases; performance C3F6 C3F8 are best, efficiency over 85%, while concentration CO2 is affected sieve. At same time, paper based Metropolis Monte Carlo simulation Materials Studio software found strongest molecules weakest molecules. stronger polarity gas molecule, more obvious structure it. As result, could tail purification insulated equipment, as well provide solutions for development production protective equipment.
